Media releases ALPG Tour Catalina Country Club Pro-Am Results Thursday, 27 November 2003 Horizons Golf Resort’s Touring Professional, Cherie Byrnes shot rounds of 75 and 76 to finish in tied 16th position in the par 72, $25,000 Catalina Country Club Pro-am held at the Catalina Country Club on 25-26 November 2003. Byrnes said “The strong gusty winds made playing conditions difficult and certainly had an impact on the scores over the last couple of days. I look forward to playing this weekend in the Mollymook Women’s Classic”. Fiona Pike (SA) won the Pro-am after a 3-way play-off with rounds of 70 and 73, Kylie Pratt (QLD) in second position with 70 and 73 and Joanne Mills (NSW) third with rounds of 74 and fired the day’s low round of 69. Byrnes will next compete in the $20,000 Mollymook Women’s Classic to be held at the Mollymook Hilltop Golf Club on 29-30 November.
